We were extremely impressed by this company. We got three quotes and they gave us the best price, plus had proprietary carpet offerings that were of excellent quality. The two-man crew cranked out a huge job in two days and did a beautiful job. The seams and carpet edges seem to be perfect. They also seemed like a couple great guys. Quick communication with the boss, Eric, and everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped. Definitely recommended!

Over the past few months, West Point has installed engineered hardwood flooring in 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, and one basement stairway for me. For all projects, Mitch gave good advice on what to expect and key decisions and tradeoffs that I should know about before committing to the order and the installation. In all cases, when the installers put the flooring in, they did an excellent job with a focused attention on quality.
