Project Manager
I've been part of the West Point Carpet One team since 2013, building my career around thoughtful design, clear communication, and trusted project management. I spent my first three years working closely as an assistant to owner Ty, where I gained a strong foundation in both the business and the behind-the-scenes details that make projects successful. From there, I stepped into a Project Manager role, overseeing new construction and home renovation projects from start to finish.
Clients often describe my approach as low pressure and transparent. I believe good design guidance should feel supportive; not overwhelming; and I take pride in helping clients make confident decisions that balance style, function, and long-term value. Acting as a steady point of contact between homeowners, builders, and trades, my goal is always to create a smooth, straightforward process with no surprises along the way.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three daughters -snowboarding in the mountains, boating on the lake, or cheering from the sidelines at soccer games. When I need to recharge, you'll find me out for a run or scrolling through the latest design trends for fresh inspiration.
