We were extremely impressed by this company. We got three quotes and they gave us the best price, plus had proprietary carpet offerings that were of excellent quality. The two-man crew cranked out a huge job in two days and did a beautiful job. The seams and carpet edges seem to be perfect. They also seemed like a couple great guys. Over the past few months, West Point has installed engineered hardwood flooring in 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, and one basement stairway for me. For all projects, Mitch gave good advice on what to expect and key decisions and tradeoffs that I should know about before committing to the order and the installation. In all cases, when the installers put the flooring in, they did an excellent job with a focused attention on quality.
